Product delivery time and method <br>We usually ship within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order.
However, please note that delivery may be delayed during periods of high order volume or around holidays.

- Please note that if you are unable to receive the product due to your own circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us and the cost of redelivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
When you receive the product, please be sure to check the product and contact us using the inquiry form.

If there are scratches or damage, please attach photos (of the entire product and a close-up of the defect) that prove that the item is defective and contact us with the photos.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. If you purchase the wrong color/size/quantity, the size does not fit, or the product is different from what you expected, these are considered customer's convenience and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be sure to check before purchasing.

◉We cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases◉

・If you return the product without contacting us in advance・If you contact us without providing any photos of the scratches or damage・If more than 5 days have passed since you received the product・If the product arrives at our store after the specified period has passed・Returns and exchanges are due to your own convenience・If the product label, tag, accessories, box or bag is lost upon arrival・Products that have been scratched or damaged while in your possession・Products that have acquired odors (perfume, makeup, tobacco, etc.) while in your possession.
- Products that have been processed, remodeled, or cleaned (washed) by the customer.
・Returns and exchanges of novelty items ・Frayed threads that do not interfere with wearing ・Odors or frayed threads caused by the manufacturing process ・Swimsuits, earrings, accessories, etc. ・In the case of defective products, if the product is in stock, we will only accept exchanges. If the product is out of stock, we will proceed with a refund.

📃How to return an item <br>If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email.
Please check the "Return Procedure" below and proceed with the return procedure.

(2) Once we receive your return request, we will contact you to inform you of the procedure to be followed.

(3) When returning a product, ① the actual product (unused only)

Return shipping fee <br>If the product is defective, we will cover the full shipping fee. (Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience.)


Regarding refunds for returned items <br>We will process the refund as soon as the returned item arrives at our company.
