[Notes regarding POP UP STORE]

Thank you very much for purchasing your ER DEBUT POPUP ticket.

On the day of the event,
You will need to show identification to verify your identity as the ticket purchaser.
Please present the screen of the email you received when purchasing your ticket and your ID at the reception desk.
Please note that if the name on your ID card differs from the name on your ticket purchase, you will be denied entry to the venue.
*We ask that accompanying persons also present identification.

We will verify your name by checking it against our list of buyers.
*If you are unable to present the email screen on the day of the POPUP, please be sure to present an ID that matches the name used when purchasing the ticket.
If the names do not match, you may be denied entry.


*The content may change without notice depending on the status of the new coronavirus infection.
*Please wear a mask when visiting.
*Please cooperate with temperature checks and disinfection at the entrance upon entry.
*In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, direct contact such as shaking hands will be prohibited.
*Gifts and other items cannot be accepted on the day. (Letters are OK.)
*Please refrain from trying on items to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
*Photography is permitted at designated spots and items within the venue.
*As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after tickets have been purchased.
*When entering the venue, please present an ID with the name matching the email screen you received when purchasing your ticket. (Accompanying persons are also asked to present ID.)
*Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.
*Please refrain from waiting around the venue as it may cause inconvenience to local residents.
*Please refrain from arriving earlier than the start time of your ticket. Please note that there is limited waiting space in the venue to avoid overcrowding.
*Each session will be 50 minutes long and will be fully rotated.
*Please enter within 30 minutes after the opening time of your ticket slot.
Stays at the venue are limited to 50 minutes.
For example, if you purchase a ticket for the 11:00-11:50 slot, final entry must be by 11:30.

Shopper bags cost 50 yen each (tax included), so if you don't need one, please bring your own eco-bag or something similar.

・All items sold at the POP UP are for sale, not made to order.
・We have products available for each time slot, but please note that products may be sold out depending on the time.

Regarding photography inside the store.
Posters and ER logo panels will be installed inside the store.
Please take photos at designated locations.
In addition, photography of the items is permitted.
However, please refrain from taking photos that include people in them or that may disturb other customers.
Video recording by customers is strictly prohibited .


Payment
Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Please note that only VISA/Master credit cards are accepted and one-time payments are accepted.


- Please refrain from waiting around the venue or shouting loudly.
Because there is no space for lining up outside the venue,
Please refrain from arriving earlier than the start time of your ticket.
If you do not follow the above precautions,
You may be denied entry to the venue.
